Flu shots at church? What next? As a prize in your favorite cereal box? I think it’s reasonable to expect flu shots at a doctor’s office or hospital. It’s just annoying at a grocery store when the line for the injection hides the frozen vegetables. You'd think this would affect the stores bottom line when customers can‘t get to the food, but I digress. Back to the latest assault on sanity: Flu shots at a church.  

Because in Genesis 1:27 it says; “So God created man in his image” typically church attending people believe this to mean, He did create us, it is only natural we trust in His ability to heal us. In James chapter 5:15 He says, “Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord." So what exactly are we saying when we bring a medical doctor into the church to vaccinate the parishioners? By the very act of vaccination have we stopped trusting God?  Let’s take a close look and try to answer this question. By vaccinating we are affirming there is something inherently wrong with the immune system and it must be altered. Sadly, but by this seemingly benign childhood ritual, we are saying to God we do not trust what He made; we know more.   Stop and think. Does the medical profession know more about the immune system than God? Has the medical community always been correct on all medical procedures? Let’s answer these questions and find out if in fact flu shots have a place in church or anywhere else for that matter. 

 After reading Proverbs 3, 4-6 which says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will guide your path,' I contend our immune systems’ created by God can be trusted to work. Man need not intervene with vaccination. This is an unnecessary medical procedure. If we look to medical literature we will find the immune system to be quite complicated. Doctors agree that sciences' grasp of the complexities of the immune system is 'fair' at best.   Autoimmunity in particular (the body attacking self) is a problem the greatest scientific minds can’t completely explain or fix. Since no one knows for sure, man has to have ‘faith’ in the vaccines he is injecting. He has to 'believe’ he is protecting that person from diseases and by this act, saving lives. Looking at it logically without the faith aspect, if we are trying to avoid these diseases is it a good idea to inject pieces of disease inside you giving them access to your organs? Lets take a look at those ingredients and see if any are in fact life saving.   

As always do your own homework and don’t take my word for anything or your doctor's but prove this by looking this up yourself. Start with the CDC’s website then get the package inserts to the vaccine themselves. To save time I will give you a short list here. Aluminum, formaldehyde, mercury (yes its still in there) bovine serum, RNA and DNA from diseased animal tissue, aborted fetal cells, monkey kidney tissue, MSG, live virus, dead virus or half dead virus and that is just the ingredients I can pronounce. Which part of this toxic cocktail is the life saving part? It was in Luke 13.1-5 that states those who mix human blood with the blood of sacrificed animals are 'sinners.' This is precisely what is done making vaccines. Animals have been killed to use their tissue to make vaccines. Did you notice this how perfect God’s word is? He warned us against vaccines using the vernacular of the time! Take a look here in Corinthians 3:16-17 and Deuteronomy 14:3 and 24:21 warns us not to defile the temple of God, our bodies, with anything unclean. Lev 21:5 warns us to not make cuttings in your flesh (originally a small cut was made on the skin for vaccination). Too numerous to mention are the passages relating to the sanctity of blood. If we believe God is our creator and He created our immune system, why would we think we could do a better job by injecting it with poison? How could this be His plan?

 So what are you saying when you vaccinate your baby or yourself? Its this, " God, I know You made our immune system but I think I know more than You. So, I'm going to inject some of the most toxic chemicals on the planet into your perfect creation of which I know precious little about and call that creating immunity or 'life saving' healthcare." Of course I'm not the first person to think along these lines. Take a look at this from 1903. This is an excerpt from a brief of the Defendant in Commonwealth v. Jacobson, 183 Mass. 242. He stated, “Is it right for man to offer up his body to pollution and filth and disease; that compels him to submit to a barbarous ceremonial of  blood-poisoning, and virtually to say to a sick calf, 'Thou art my savior: in thee do I trust. ' I think not.

Take a look at Timothy 6:20 where he is being warned of 'false science.' Which some professing have erred concerning the faith.  Could that be happening in our churches today? We are also warned in John 16:2 about a time coming when that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. " Anyone reading the package insert to a flu vaccine will have to agree but the problem is no one reads it. There isn't a more perfect verse in the Bible than Hosea 4:6 when it comes to not taking the time to research what you are injecting into your bodies. It says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Or look to Rev 18 where it says," Then I heard another voice from heaven say: "Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues."  This verse give new meaning to the word 'received' when you know what is contained inside the syringe.

If we are to trust God and His creation it would seem to me we should find out how He intends for us to care for our bodies.   In Psalms 104:14 we read “He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth.” In Genesis 2:9 we read  ”And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food. ” In Genesis 1:29 God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. In Leviticus 25:19 we are reassured that the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.   In Romans 12:1 God is pleading with the believer to take care of their physical body. He says, I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. In Romans 12:2 He says, be not conformed to the world: But be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable, and perfect , will of God.”

What this says to me is this: Follow God’s rule of eating clean and you will be safe from disease.  Ignore God’s law and He is very clear. In Galaltions 6:7 He says, "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." When you know the truth the truth can set you free.

 

United Methodist Church Passes Resolution Against Mercury in Medicine

With passage of a historic resolution today at its 2008 General Conference, the United Methodist Church has become the first faith community to officially oppose the use of mercury, in any form, including Thimerosal, in medicines, especially vaccines.  Beginning in 2005, several United Methodist Annual Conferences and its
Women's Division, an organization of nearly 1 million women globally, passed a resolution entitled, "Protecting Children from Mercury-containing Drugs." Today, the validity of this urgent issue was further affirmed by the General Conference of the United Methodist Church, which speaks authoritatively for the denomination's 11.5 million members worldwide.

This faith-based resolution, passed April 29, 2008, is a challenge to the current acceptance of mercury in medicine by the U.S. Government, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the vaccine manufacturers.  Among its provisions, the resolution seeks: the immediate prioritization of mercury-free vaccines and other drugs for vulnerable children and pregnant women, the opportunity of informed consent whenever mercury is administered as part of a pharmaceutical product, and a ban of mercury-containing drugs. In addition, the resolution calls for United Methodist hospitals, clinics, and missions around the world to express a preference for mercury-free vaccines and other medicines. This is crucial because most of the vaccines sent to the developing world still contain unreduced levels of mercury, as do most flu shots, and some other
vaccines and drugs in the United States. The Rev. Lisa K. Sykes, President of CoMeD, Inc, mother of a mercury-toxic child and a United Methodist clergywoman who has helped to shepherd this activist movement within The United Methodist Church, declared:

"This is the start of a Second Great Temperance Movement. A hundred years ago, our church fought widespread alcohol intoxication. With this resolution, we begin to fight widespread and, until now, unrecognized mercury intoxication from unsafe mercury-containing medicines."
